Shipping, Damages & Returns
Policy
Returns:
I am committed to your total satisfaction. In order to
process return of items ordered online, I ask that you please follow a few simple
procedures.
When your order arrives, make sure you receive the number of
boxes you have signed for on the carrier receipt. If defective or incorrect
merchandise is received through an error on my part, please notify me within two (2)
business days. I will issue a call tag and pay shipping both ways. Returns
will only be accepted within thirty (30) days of purchase. DO NOT
RETURN ANY MERCHANDISE WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.
Unauthorized returns WILL NOT be credited. All items returned for other than
defective merchandise will be subject to a strictly enforced 15% handling charge and the
customer must pay all shipping and insurance charges both ways. No credit or refund
on special order items.
Shipping Charges & Insurance:
I prefer to ship products via USPS,
because they can be insured. No other shippers will insure
glass. I can ship with UPS, FedEX or other carriers, but I
can't be responsible for damage or any breakage.
Product prices do not include shipping.
The customer pays all shipping charges. Shipping charges are
based on actual weight and distance. The customer FOB pays all
insurance and customs or import charges.
Damages:
I am not liable for damage or loss of merchandise once
it leaves my shop. Should this occur, follow these procedures: UPS/POSTAL
SHIPMENTS, if the shipment shows outward evidence of damage, open the package
before signing for the delivery. DO NOT REFUSE DELIVERY. Notify
local UPS distribution center or Post Office. Do not alter the carton or the damaged
goods until an inspection by the appropriate agency has been made. The package will
be picked up and delivered to me. I will then replace or repair the merchandise. |
